Trio Archai wins Second Prize of the Basler Förderpreise der Stiftung BOG 2026. They are very grateful for the support given by the Basler Orchester Gesellschaft, and look forward to future projects.
First Prize at Schoenfeld International Competition, China
Trio Archai wins First Prize at the 2025 Schoenfeld International String Competition in Harbin, China. The ensemble also took home the Beethoven Prize for the best performance of a work by Beethoven. The competition was streamed on AmadeusTV, with news articles in The Strad, The Violin Channel and Gramophone Magazine (linked).
Selected as Britten-Pears Young Artists 2025/2026
Trio Archai has been selected as a Britten-Pears Young Artist for the 2025/2026 season. The ensemble will have a self-guided two-week residency at Snape Maltings, with Friday concerts in Feb/March 2026 at the Jubilee Hall in Aldeburgh.
